It’s also a good idea to bring a couple of outfit options if you’d like to have variety in your photos. We can guide you on the best choices during the session.
he length of the session depends on the package you choose. For example, a half-day headshot session typically lasts up to 4 hours, while a full-day session can go up to 8 hours. Personal branding sessions are usually 2 to 4 hours, depending on the package and the variety of locations or settings involved.
After the session, we’ll provide an online gallery where you can review the images. Once selections are made, final edited photos are typically delivered within 5 -10 business days. We also offer expedited editing services if you need your photos sooner.
We understand that sometimes you may need photography services on short notice. While we recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when our schedule allows. Please contact us directly to check availability.
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel within this period, a cancellation fee may apply. Rescheduling is typically allowed without penalty if done with adequate notice. We strive to be flexible and accommodate unforeseen circumstances whenever possible.

While hair and makeup are not included in our standard packages, we can recommend trusted professionals who specialize in preparing clients for photography sessions. Alternatively, we can arrange for a hair and makeup artist to be available on-site for an additional fee.

We primarily cover London and Hertfordshire for all our photography services. We’re also happy to travel to locations up to 2 hours outside of London. For any locations beyond this range, a travel charge will apply to cover the additional time and expenses. If you’re unsure whether your location falls within our service area, please feel free to contact us, and we’ll be happy to discuss the details.
