The Client

Handle Recruitment is a brand talent partner, connecting clients with exceptional people and brilliant candidates with roles they’ll love in exciting industries. Handle’s approach to recruitment and employment is a little different and these are just a few of things that set them apart as an agency and as a place to work.

The Challenge

Handle needed video content which highlighted their unique approach to recruitment and helped them to bring in new clients, candidates and talented recruiters. As such, we needed to create content which spoke to three different audiences and captured what it is that makes Handle different from the rest.

Our Approach

We sat down with Handle and decided the best approach would be to produce a brand video, an employer brand video and a series of 12 interviews with key members of staff. This suite of content equipped them with something to speak to all three audiences and conveyed Handle’s unique brand.

The Results

Handle were awarded 43rd in The Times & The Sunday Times Top 100 Small Businesses to Work For list following the release of the employer brand content.

They had the foresight to communicates points that we might like to include and not to just work to brief. They went that extra mile and took the time to understand our business, the way we work and the people behind it so that our values were truly reflected in the video. MHF Creative will definitely be my first point of call for any future brand videos.
