FAQ

Questions people ask before they book.

This is a short discovery call, designed to help you leave with a clear format recommendation, a realistic timeline, and an honest view of investment.

What happens on the discovery call?
We’ll clarify the hiring or business outcome you’re aiming for, where the video needs to live, and what “good” looks like. Then we’ll recommend the best-fit format (hero film, modular set, campaign cutdowns), outline a realistic schedule, and tell you what level of investment is typical for that scope.
Do I need a finished brief?
No. If you can share the goal (what needs to change), who it’s for, where it will be seen, and any immovable deadlines, we can do the rest. The call is designed to turn partial clarity into a usable plan.
Can you do a “shoot only” package?
Yes, if you already have strategy and messaging locked. We can run a calm, senior-friendly filming day and deliver clean, well-shot footage (or an agreed edit package). If the story is still unclear, we’ll usually recommend a light alignment step first so the shoot actually performs.
How quickly can we move?
Typical projects run 2–6 weeks depending on approvals and complexity. If you have a hard deadline, we’ll tell you what’s realistic and what we’d simplify to hit it without sacrificing quality.
What budget range should I expect?
It depends on scope (single hero film vs modular system), number of filming days/locations, and edit depth. The goal of the call is to give you a grounded range and a clear way to scale up or down.
Who should join the call?
Ideally the person who owns the outcome (HR/Talent/Employer Brand/Marketing) plus anyone who controls approvals. If it’s leadership content, having a comms/marketing stakeholder helps keep the message tight.
