Who we are:

At MHF, we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our clients and visitors to our web site.  We want you to know that MHF is not in the business of selling, renting or trading email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. Our focus is on creating content and facilitating our clients, so we simply don’t do that sort of thing. But just in case you don’t believe us, in this Privacy Policy, we’ve provided lots of detailed information on when and why we collect your personal information, how we use it, the limited conditions under which we may disclose it to others and how we keep it secure.

Our Company number:  08692969

Our Registered office is:  78 Bute Street, Luton, England, LU1 2EY

Google Analytics

When someone visits www.mhf-creative.com we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way, which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

Mailing Lists

We don’t often send out newsletters. However, should MHF ever wish to send out newsletters, we would only do so, if you have given your consent to being contacted in this way. We use a third-party provider, Mail Chimp, to deliver newsletters. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, please see Mail Chimp’s privacy notice. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails.

If you contact us via our contact form or directly on an email address, your information will be housed within our email client. We use outlook. If your personal information becomes vital to a production and your information needs to be on a production call sheet, this will only be shared with other individuals who are specifically linked to the production.

Dropbox

As with WeTransfer we will occasionally share information with you via Dropbox.  When we send this to you Dropbox will collect information such as your name, email address and any message we send with your data.  If you have a Dropbox account, they will collect even more data like how you use the data and download.  Here.  Dropbox also have to be GDPR compliant to operate within the EU.

Summary

We are a friendly bunch and won’t share your information with third parties without your explicit consent unless required to do so by law.

If we do come up with a video that we think you may be interested in, we may get in touch or target you with ads we think you may like to see.  However, to be perfectly honest we are normally too busy creating video content that we don’t have a lot of time for any of this other stuff.
