Reflecting on 2025 performance and setting a clear, confident outlook for 2026 across AON’s M&A and Transaction Solutions.
A leadership communications film designed to distil complex deal activity into a clear internal narrative, aligning teams around performance, reinforcing strategic positioning, and focusing attention on the opportunities shaping the year ahead.
For AON’s M&A and Transaction Solutions team, 2025 represented a significant year of progress, performance, and market movement. But when a business operates in a complex, fast-moving environment, success is not always easy to communicate clearly at scale.
The challenge was not simply to summarise results. It was to shape those results into a narrative that leadership could use to reflect on the year with authority, recognise momentum, and create confidence around the path ahead.
This required more than a standard internal update. The film needed to distil commercial performance, deal activity, and strategic context into something focused, human, and genuinely engaging for internal audiences.
The final piece had to balance credibility with clarity, helping teams understand what had been achieved in 2025, why it mattered, and where AON’s M&A leadership intended to focus in 2026.
This leadership film captures AON’s M&A and Transaction Solutions team reflecting on 2025 performance, translating complex deal activity into a clear and focused internal narrative.
Filmed with senior leadership, in a studio in East London, it brings together market insight, commercial progress, and strategic direction, reinforcing confidence in what has been achieved and setting a clear outlook for 2026.
To support AON’s leadership team, we focused on translating complex M&A activity into a structured, engaging narrative. The goal was to create a film that could communicate performance with clarity, resonate across regions, and scale across multiple internal touchpoints.
To make the film feel credible and aligned at a global level, production needed to balance executive presence with brand consistency. Filming took place at Spratt’s Factory studio in East London, where we created a structured interview environment that allowed AON’s leadership team to speak with confidence while maintaining a polished, human visual tone.
The production also needed to align with AON’s global brand directives. From framing and lighting through to pacing, tone, and overall presentation, every detail was considered to ensure the final content felt consistent with AON’s wider brand standards while still landing naturally for internal audiences.
The shoot was designed to deliver more than a single internal film. We captured a UK version, an Italian-language version for the Italian market, stills photography, and two social cutdowns, creating a broader bank of leadership content that could be reused across internal communications and digital channels.
The result was an efficient, multi-output production that supported 2025 reflection and 2026 messaging in a way that felt clear, high-quality, and globally on-brand.
The final production gave AON a polished, globally aligned leadership communications asset that could reflect on 2025 performance, support internal alignment around 2026 priorities, and extend value across multiple markets and formats.
The most effective internal communications don’t just share information, they create clarity, alignment, and confidence. Our leadership films help senior teams translate complex strategy into focused, engaging narratives that resonate across global organisations.
