Every explainer project moves through clear stages, from message and script through to storyboard, voiceover and animation, so the final video is built on agreement rather than assumptions.
We define the audience, objective, key message and what the video actually needs to explain. This is also where we establish whether you already have the brand assets we need, or whether they need to be created as part of the project.
We turn complexity into a clear narrative, then map that narrative visually so every stakeholder can see how the explainer will flow before production begins. Both script and storyboard are signed off together.
If you already have strong visual assets, we work from them. If not, we create the design system needed for the video. At the same time, we source and manage voiceover so tone, pacing and visuals develop together.
We animate against the approved script, storyboard and design direction, then deliver the final explainer in the formats agreed at brief, ready for web, sales, social or internal use.

Design, voiceover and animation then follow, with review and delivery at the end. If extra formats, localisation or asset creation are needed, timings can extend slightly.
