Video Content Crafted to Audience Personas

We crafted the customer testimonial video campaign around 3 audience personas within the wider target audience demographic. 

These were a Small Hotel Manager, a B&B Owner and a Boutique Guesthouse Owner.

Expedia chose successful clients aligned with these personas in each market location they were seeking to serve.

The MHF video production team travelled to each business location to film interview content and capture b-roll footage of the hotel and local area to make it much more relevant to the audience and region in which their business is based.

Video Content That Showed The Sales Team

We wanted to humanise the Expedia Group Company and a great way to do that was to show the people behind the brand, in particular the local sales team representatives that would be working with you to grow your business.  

We spent a day in Head Office and filmed each member of the sales team, asking them questions about what they love about their job and how they work with clients to help them drive their business forward.

Each video was crafted to connect with a specific target audience persona helping to foster greater empathy for the different types of partners that make up the small independent hotel sector and create video content that showcased an individual who reflected the viewers values, aspirations and motivations. 

Meet The Sales Team UK Video Production

In this video series we meet each member of the UK based sales team.  Each member talks about their role and what drives them or excites them in this role.  The objective of this video content is to humanise the Expedia brand and show prospects that they will have a real person with experiecne of their market and location working with them to help them drive forward their business.

This is the first time the B2B arm of Expedia have worked with video and it wont be the last. Everyone has been so impressed with the outcome and MHF have been a joy to work with. We look forward to working on more projects in the future.
