We created this Employer branding and recruitment marketing video campaign in partnership with Frontroom Agency who were working with Gray's Inn as part of a larger rebranding project. The challenge Gray's Inn had was that they needed to reposition their employer brand for the future and engage a young Gen X and millennial target audience.
To do this they needed a corporate video production company with experience in recruitment to help them change perceptions that the chambers is a place only for those that are male and privileged to one that embraces diversity and is inspired by its people for the people. It needed video content to shape a new narrative of who it was in the 21st century, what it represented and where it could take you in your career journey.

This was a recruitment campaign aimed at raising awareness of the scholarship program within Gray's Inn. We produced a series of videos that showcased the Gray's Inn values and culture, how to apply for the scholarship program and stories of young Gray's Inn scholars who were successful in getting a scholarship.

The second part of the recruitment marketing campaign focuses on the career stories of 5 Gray's Inn members and their different pathways to practice.
Each video story is crafted to show the range of opportunities available to students from the story of a corporate lawyer working in investment banking, to a barrister working within Army Legal Service to the career story of Lady Hale herself.
Our aim was to show these Barristers as real people sharing their personal story of why they went into their chosen field of the law, their challenges, successes, and learnings - making for a much more compelling and impactful recruitment video campaign.
