Credibility Before Claims
Rather than describing culture in abstract terms, we put senior female leaders at the centre of the story and let real experience provide the proof.
Recruitment & Employer Brand Video Case Study
Female leadership, made visible.
We created an authentic recruitment video campaign built around the real experiences of senior women leaders — helping Evelyn Partners strengthen its employer brand, champion representation and attract ambitious female talent in financial services.
Evelyn Partners wanted a recruitment video campaign that would increase the visibility of its senior women leaders and inspire ambitious female talent across financial services.
The brief went beyond producing individual profile films. The series needed to uncover authentic leadership journeys, position Evelyn Partners as an inclusive and forward-thinking employer, and create human employer-brand content capable of building trust in a competitive senior talent market.
Watch the Campaign
A leadership storytelling campaign designed to strengthen the Evelyn Partners employer brand and help ambitious women see a future in senior finance roles.
The films place senior female leaders at the centre of the story, using authentic career experiences to communicate progression, mentorship, flexible working and the impact women can make across the business.
Through thoughtful pre-interviews, natural conversations and calm contributor direction, we created recruitment video content that humanises the employer brand, builds trust and supports candidate attraction in a competitive financial services market.
To attract experienced female talent, Evelyn Partners needed more than an employer brand claim. The films had to show what leadership, progression and flexibility actually look like through people already living it.
We built the campaign around four senior women, using structured interviews and an editorial tone to draw out distinct perspectives while keeping one clear talent story. The result was leadership content designed to feel credible, human and useful across International Women's Day and wider employer brand activity.
Rather than describing culture in abstract terms, we put senior female leaders at the centre of the story and let real experience provide the proof.
The conversations were shaped to surface useful perspectives on career progression, flexible working and influence without making the films feel scripted or overly corporate.
Every story was designed to help experienced women picture the opportunity at Evelyn Partners, strengthening senior leadership visibility and the wider employer brand narrative.
Behind the Scenes
Two-Day Campaign Shoot
We filmed across two days in the Evelyn Partners office with one producer and two camera operators. One camera focused on the interviews while the second kept rolling on b-roll, giving us far more usable material from the same production window.
The campaign brought together senior female leaders, early-career employees and wider EVP stories. The Women in Finance film was one output from a broader employer brand production designed to create a flexible bank of content for recruitment, culture and people communications.
Alongside the filmed interviews and supporting footage, still images were also taken from the camera footage, extending the value of the shoot across web, social and campaign assets without adding a separate photography day.
The Evelyn Partners Women in Finance project combined campaign thinking, interview development, contributor direction, professional filming and editorial storytelling to create recruitment and employer brand video content built around authentic senior female voices.
We shaped the content around the perceptions Evelyn Partners wanted to influence: making senior female leadership more visible and showing what progression can genuinely look like inside the business.
We developed interview themes and prompts around career progression, leadership, flexibility and professional experience, giving contributors space to speak naturally rather than deliver scripted corporate messages.
We created a calm filming environment for senior leaders, helping each contributor feel comfortable on camera while drawing out specific, credible stories that supported the wider employer brand message.
Lighting, camera, sound and location choices were handled to give the interviews a polished financial-services feel without losing the warmth and personality that made the stories believable.
The strongest moments from each interview were shaped into a clear narrative, balancing individual voices with a consistent story about opportunity, progression and leadership at Evelyn Partners.
The campaign was built to work beyond one hero film, creating reusable recruitment and employer brand assets that could support social, careers and wider Women in Finance communications.
Project FAQs
This film was not created in isolation. It was one output from a wider Evelyn Partners content campaign filmed across two days in their London office.
By capturing employees at different levels in one coordinated production window, we could create multiple people-led stories while keeping the visual language, contributor experience and employer brand message consistent. It is the kind of joined-up approach we use across our recruitment video production and employer brand campaigns.
No. The senior female leadership film was one output from a wider Evelyn Partners campaign, giving the team a focused story for this audience while also creating broader employer brand content from the same production period.
Structuring the work as a campaign meant the filming could generate more long-term value than approaching every video as a separate production.
Filming took place over two days at the Evelyn Partners London office.
Working across two concentrated filming days gave us enough time to capture a range of contributors properly while keeping disruption to the wider business controlled and the production experience consistent.
The campaign featured employees at different levels of the organisation, giving Evelyn Partners a broader mix of perspectives rather than relying on one type of contributor.
That variety made it possible to tell different stories around leadership, career progression, culture and employee experience while still feeling like one connected campaign.
This film created a focused platform for senior female voices within Evelyn Partners, making leadership experience and career opportunity more visible through real people rather than generic recruitment messaging.
Within the wider campaign, it gave Evelyn Partners a distinct piece of content with a clear talent-attraction and employer-brand role.
It creates a more efficient content system. The same planning, production setup and visual direction can support multiple films, contributors and campaign messages without rebuilding the process for every asset.
It also helps the finished content feel connected across careers pages, LinkedIn, recruitment campaigns, internal communications and other employer brand channels.
